For a mod to show up on the twitch app, it must be set as "Release" on both curseforge.com, and mods.curse.com. As far as I can tell, the latter (which is updated by the former) is the one that actually syncs with the app. If it's in Alpha or Beta, it won't show up. Mellow: neither of your packs are in release state, which is why they don't show up

Twitch Modpacks are built to work with Twitch (obviously you can use them through MultiMC too). If you want the mods just get the mods listed/download and install the pack through Twitch/MultiMC and use another launcher like the Vanilla one or MultiMC with a custom instance.
